We also supply motors for the Food Industry with IP67 and IP68 where frequent high pressure washdowns are needed. Stainless Steel Motors are also readily available for the food industry, which deliver long service life and long term cost savings.

Now, If we are not using an Inverter Drive, a Mechanical Speed Reduction (Gearbox) will be required on the motor output to control and deliver the exact speed and gear ratio's required. We can supply fixed speed or mechanical variators to do this, through either in-line gear units or right angle (worm&wheel) reduction gearboxes. We can also Spec & Install any type of Mechanical; Reduction Gearbox

GEARBOX EMERGENCY SERVICE!
Vantage Industrial can rebuild and repair your gear Units back to the manufacturers specification. We are able to remanufacture new replacement gears and shafts, repair worn castings, replace bearings and oil seals with quality UK/ European manuafctured ball, rolelr and thrust bearings from SKF, NSK, RHP, FAG.
We also supply replacement Gear Oil with every re-build.
